Warranty
Two warranties, in writing
Every Triple Seven Construction roof carries the manufacturer's material warranty plus our own written workmanship warranty — so coverage doesn't depend on who picks up the phone.
Manufacturer material warranty
We install to each manufacturer's published specifications so the material warranty stays valid — covering manufacturing defects for up to 30 years, depending on the product and system selected. [NEEDS INPUT: list specific manufacturer warranty terms per material carried — IKO, Malarkey, GAF, Euroshield.]
Our workmanship warranty
We back our installation with a written 30-year workmanship warranty on workmanship defects. [NEEDS INPUT: confirm the workmanship warranty term and any RoofStar Guarantee eligibility through RCABC.]
